30/9/2022. BIAB taster courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours almost clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is leafy, funky, herbal, liniment. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, watery, low carbonation. Dry bitter finish.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2022. Hazy orange gold colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of pulpy apple, vanilla hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, pulpy, fruity, some wood & vanilla notes, mellow, iodine hint. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable
