330ml bottle from Sunshine Coast Cider. Clear very pale yellow colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, citric, woody hints. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, melon, citric, with some tart acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acdic finish. Quite drinkable.
