20/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is green apple, slightly funky, citrus, mucky hints. Medium sweetness. Light bitterness. Some sharp tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, spritzy carbonation.

500ml bottle from Copper & Oak. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, acetic funk notes. Taste is apple, fruity, citric, funky with some yeasty notes and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
