13/10/2022. Bottle from Jersey’s Cider House, Cranbourne West. Opened with a gush. Pours hazy pale orange amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet baked apple, apple core, toffee, light spiced notes. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Enjoyed this.

330ml bottle from Cider Infusion, cheers Marianne. Batch 99. Pale gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is sweet, apple, juicy, fruity, pulpy, and drying with some light acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.
