30/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with minimal head. Aroma is sweet, toffee, citrus, baked apple, woody notes, hint of strudel. Quite sweet, touch of tart. Medium to full body, sticky, no carbonation. Sweet warming gently boozy finish. Lovely sipper.

500ml bottle from Peninsula Beverage Co. Yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of citrus zest, apple, oak & vanilla hints. Taste is sweet, floral, apple, wood barrel, vanilla, white wine, with tart citric notes, plus some acidity and tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry lightly tart finish. Nicely drinkable
