30/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear, spritzy, very pale golden with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is tart apple, quite floral, light sulphur edge. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, quite fizzy.

330ml bottle from Peninsula Beverage Co. Clear pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy. Taste is sweetish, ripe apple, fruity, fleshy, red apple, strawberry hints, and with some tart acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable
