750ml bottle from Cru Wine Shop, in Bradford-on-Avon. Hazy red colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of cherry flesh, apple. Taste is sweet, cherry, apple, some woody notes and sour acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable
