Black cherries have been fermented with crushed limes and blended with keeved cider, then aged in neutral oak barrels for seven months. Fresh lime aroma on the nose joins rich cherry on the palate. Natural sweetness and soft tannins are layered in from Somerset bittersweet apples for a confident cider finish.

750m bottle from Pilton. Red colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, cherry. Taste is sweet, apple, cherry, fruity, alittle funk and with some acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, slightly tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
