330ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Minimally milky, amber colour with average, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow, minimally toasty, malty and perfumed, floral hoppy aroma, hints of viola, petals. Taste is minimally toasty, mellow malty, slightly fruity and minimally floral hoppy, hints of red berries, a touch of petals.
Creamy texture, smooth and super soft, silky palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
Excellent mouthfeel, clean and balanced - very nice.

Cask at Pig's Ear. A light haze on this amber brew, small bubbly pale tan head. Light and semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, light but sweet caramel. Tangy fruits and crisp pine, mild floral bitterness, as in, very mild. Light finish. Quaffable, if not particularly bitter, bitter!
