Intensiver, zu süßer Antrunk nach Lakritz, Espresso, Schokolade. Lakritz wird im Mittelteil stärker, die Süße bleibt stark, geringe Herbe, Vanille, komplex. Zu süß! 12/7/7/9//7

A black beer, tiny tan lacing. Aroma of sweet coconut, sweet dark malt, coffee, chocolate. Taste of sweet chocolate, coconut, vanilla, espresso, strong dark malt, creamy mouthfeel.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 19/11/23. Pitch black with a limited khaki head that soon thins to a swirl. Nose is chocolate melt, toffee fudge, tiramisu coffee mix, toasted brown sugars, light roast. Taste comprises chocolate pot, light booze, brown sugar melt, light spice, liquorice, molasses, coffee praline. Full bodied, oily mouthfeel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Tidy pastry affair ... runs a little sweet for my liking but holds together well enough.

Tap at Peders, Copenhagen. Poured a clear almost black colour with a froth round off-white head. The aroma is roasted malt, cinnamon, Christmas spices. The flavour is moderate, sweet, with a smooth, rich, sugary, light herbal, red berry fruit, light warm alcohol palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.
