Bottle, pours a deep dark brown with no head. Aroma brings out lots of booze, vomit, and light liqueur. Flavour is revolting, with notes of booze, cat food, vomit, and rotten cheese. This is hilariously terrible. Fun to say you've tried, but totally nasty and undrinkable.

Bottle @ Voldby tasting, as Schorschbock 32%, 2009 vintage. Pours dark amber, no head, heavy syruply lacings. Aroma of malt, wood, caramel, nuts, alcohol, lightly smoked meat. Flavor is sweet and rather boozy, malt, wood, nuts, caramel, hints of smoked meat, alcohol. Full bodu, fat oily mouthfeel, no carbonation, lasting alcohol heat. 200614

Bottle: 2009, #141250 Deep, semi-transparent brown...no head. Aroma is wet wood/bark..soy sauce. Smoky. Taste is sweet, dark fruit, sticky...raisin/prune. Caramel/chocolate/ peanut butter (?) Nice, slow, alcohol burn. Very smooth, sweet..surprising complexity.

Tasting at Mes and Sims flat. Hazy dark amber beer. No head. No carbonation. Rich caramel and alcohol. Soft palate. Viscous hot sweet caramel - brandy! Not a bad flavour but you really would not want a lot of this. A shot would be enough. Burned toffee and a very hot finish and aftertaste. An experience!

Bottle. From November 2011 tasting notes. Sweet malt, prune, smoke aroma. Clear amber, nice legs. Sweet malt, prune, alcohol flavor. Full bodied with a solid alcohol burn. Quite nice. Would be a great winter sipper.

Ceramic bottle. No head. Dark amber colour. Huge particles. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Intense but not great. Average moderate bitter flavor. Candis and burning alcohol. Long heavy vinius finish. Creamy palate. Overall nice but weird experience.
