Braustolz möchte als eine der ersten sächsischen Brauereien diese Sorte auch dem heimischen Bierliebhaber nahe bringen. Braustolz Lager ist das helle Schankbier mit dem frischen Geschmack. Die besonders lange und kühle Kellerlagerung verleiht diesem Bier den unverwechselbaren, milden Charakter.

Bottle from Kappldav123, thanks! Pale blonde. Flowery aroma with soft hops. Flowery soft hopbitter flavor with orange and malty tones. Flashes of hopbitterness in the aftertaste. Just a tad sweet. Not bad.

*Old rating. Best before 19.08.09. Mild-getreidig, etwas wässrig, frisch. Leicht getreidig, malzig, süßlich-mild.

Bottle. Hazy golden, white head. Hayish grainy malt notes, dusty/minerally, herbal mosslike hops in the finish. Lightbodied, cloying cottony mouthfeel. I guess they made what they set out to make, what a shame.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big but collapsing foamy white head. Dusty and grainy malty aroma with doughy and slightly herbal notes. Slightly sweet and bitter flavour, light bodied with an almost flat carbonation. Slightly grainy malt-character with chalky/mineralic notes and a papery and slightly bitter hoppy finish with a tinge of metal. 13.VII.11

Bottle: Golden with a greenish sheen, medium sized lacy fluffy head; grainy-strawy nose with a light touch of vegetables; very light bodied, a bit fizzy, bitter-sweet flavour; bitter-papery finish. Better forget it.....

Bottled. A light golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has strong notes of hay as well as some malt and vitamins. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and minerals, leading to a dry mineralic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is light grassy and cornish malty. Bitter, crisp and light citrisy with a mild malty note. Smooth hoppy and light malty finish.

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts mild andy spicy, modest hoppy, not too dry. Wheaty finish. Good beer!

Herb-getreidig riecht das Bier, auf der Flasche steht als Zusatz noch "hell-mild". Spätestens im Mittelteil wird klar, dass der Zusatz "mild" richtig ist. Der Antrunk schmeckt getreidig herb. Der Mittelteil ist leicht würzig und relativ wässrig, Der Nachgeschmack ist ebenfalls recht wässrig, ein herber Unterton ist immerhin vorhanden.
