Inspired by old-school US pale ales, it’s built on a backbone of pale malt, has a touch of crystal malt for colour and sweetness, and is fermented with a clean California ale yeast.
It’s had generous additions of classic ‘C’ hops during the boil and again at dry hopping. It’s got Citra, Columbus, Centennial and Cascade.
Expect resinous pine, citrus and floral notes.

At Steel City 49, Kelham Island - Hazy yellow with no head. Piney notes, flowery and a bit medicinal, some herbiness with a crisp citrus finish. Decent.

Cask at BeerHeadZ, Lincoln. Clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light fruity pine and floral light bitter. Crisp body.
