Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder oranje bruin bier met een dun beige schuim. Het aroma is moutig met tonen van caramel. De smaak is moutig, kandijsuiker, een beetje hout? 330ml bottle. Minimally milky, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average, thick, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, yeasty fruity and caramel malty aroma, notes of red berries, strawberry, a touch of raspberry, maraschino cherry, grassy hoppy overtones with a spicy touch of fresh hay, whiffs of mint. Taste is sweet and bitter, caramel malty, yeasty fruity and slightly grassy hoppy, hints of strawberry a touch of raspberry, maraschino cherry, caramel malty basis, grassy hoppy overtones with a touch of fresh hay, mint, eucalyptus. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. Mellow, mild and drinkable - quite nice.
