Belgian-Style Saison Ale

Our Spring Saison is light blonde in color with a fresh hoppiness and a wild and rustic Brettanomyces character. Lighter in color and alcohol than our Saison Rue, yet equally complex in its own way. Perfect for warmer weather and Spring celebrations.

Admin Note: Bruery has started to brew this beer again under the Bruery Terreux label.

On tap at Harry’s Hofbrau. Pours a hazy golden-blonde with nice white head that leaves lacing. Aroma of slight hops and a yeasty Brett funk. Great medium-full mouthfeel that is well rounded with a spicy and hoppy flavor.

Bottle thanks to Peter. It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The nose is fresh banana, earth, light spice and wood. The taste is green banana, hay, spice, earth, spice, pithy citrus and light bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty tasty and very drinkable stuff indeed.

Bottle shared with rosenbergh. Golden with a high carbonation, white head with big bubbles and medium lasting. Aroma is acidic, slightly hoppy and brettanomicdes. Flavor has lactics notes, with a good bitterness with good duration, red fruits are also present. The final is acidic, very carbonated and dry.

Cloudy orange beer, tidy white head. Crispy palate, prickly carbonation. Semi dry. Sweetish malt, typically herbal sweet. Mild citrus. Refreshing flavours when combined with the crisp palate. Nice refreshing Saison.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts awhile leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is floral hop and yeast. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet hop, honey, and brett. Hides alcohol well, making it very easy to drink, a very good saison from The Bruery.
