Irish stout in pieno stile.
Spiccano i sentori di torrefazione e cacao amaro. La nota morbida del malto d’avena va a bilanciare l’amaro del luppolo EKG, che rimane sul finale.
Una bevuta secca, che, se chiudi gli occhi, ti permette di sentire il profumo dell’erba verde, la musica delle ballate e il rumore degli zoccoli di cavalli.

Il naso viene catturato dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è inesistente. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella norma. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano impressioni di caramello, miele, cracker, biscotto, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, agrumi e spezie.

Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy dense beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: good roast up front, lots of dark chocolate, coffee notes, some caramel, sweet impression, malty, nice and very rich smell. MF: soft to no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very good dark roast, gentle acidity, bitter, dry, coffee touch, lots of cocoa powder, malty but not sweet. Aftertaste: acidic finish, nice roast, bitter dry finish, more roast, coffee grit, decent stout!

Bottle at Glamour Hoppe, Catania. As my other ratings here I didn't make notes but this was an easy going low abv Stout that had a reasonbale creaminess to it. Enjoyed it.
