This beer is made with oats and plenty of noble hops. Fermented using a mixed culture and conditioned in stainless steel. The Brettanomyces plays with the hop character to create a lively, floral aroma. This beer will pick up complexity over time.

Keg at Deya. Almost clear yellow, thin white head. Aroma is floral, grassy. Taste of floral grassy hops, light Brett. Light-medium body. Nice and refreshing.
