Taste is roasty, minimally ashy, dark malty and slightly peaty, slightly disguised, caramel malty with some residual sweetness, minimally alcoholic, hints of dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, some Bourbon, a touch of vanilla; minimally warming, alcoholic finish.
Viscous, oily texture, smooth, super soft, velvety, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation.
