If One is Good, Then Two is Better! Our Moylander Double IPA is fat and resiny, with aggressive and excessive hops swinging on on an enormous malt backbone like naughty monkeys on a vine. Double malt, double hops - do the math, it's academic. This brew has twice the things you're looking for, and it's big enough to share with the one you love. And isn't that what it's all about?

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus and Martinus @ weekly tasting. Clear dark orange color, medium to full sized slightly off-white head. Aroma of malts, hops, resin, spruce, pine. Taste malts, hops, pine, resin, very bitter, especially in the finish. Medium to full body and carbonation. Wow, very nice!

65 cl bottle @ Pikkulintu. Rated on 29.07.2010
Aroma has caramel, hops, exotic fruits, hints of toffee and biscuits. Flavour is rather hoppy with lots of exotic fruits, some caramel malt and toffee. Nice hops, but too sweet for me like American DIPAs usually are.

Hazy amber beer. Good light tan head. Light dry palate. Sweet caramel malt base, a little creamy. Nice hops - a whisper of orange but mostly bitter grapefruit. Minerals. The sweet malt keeps going. A better balanced beer than the regular IPA.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a medium off-white head that dissipates fairly slowly. Aroma of pine with some citrus and alcohol notes. Taste is high on hops and alcohol, which was not well disguised in my sample. A good, not great, DIPA in my opinion.

Bottle from Binny’s Beverage Depot - Downtown, Chicago, October 2011. Slightly hazy orange with a medium, fluffy white head. Really a lot of hops in this one, also very, very bitter. Good but almost too much of everything, typically American?

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Light caramel and grapefruit aroma. Woodsy, grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Woodsy, earthiness lingers with grapefruit and light caramel.

Draft. Nice copper color with a decent head. Hop aroma that pulls you in. Rich hoppy/bitter beer with a nice rich malt backing. It’s a nice beer that won’t dissapoint, but I was hoping for a little more over-the-top from it.
