Bottle from Beerdome. Coffee and roasted malts with a little chocolate. Moderate to medium bitter, mild sweet. Fine basic sessionable stout, roasty with coffee.

Sirlige og pålitelige notater fra en hyggelig kveld hos Johan, alle øl delt med ham, Egil, Jone og Anna. 0,33 flaske (fra min egen importkoffert): brunsvart med fint skum. Kaffe, mørkbrent malt, mørke karamellchokolader og hint av bjørnebær. Meget lettdrikkelig, god munnfylde og akkurat passe tørr.

Shared bottle at beer tasting at Johan’s place with Johan, Holmen1, Jone and Anna. Dark brown. Diminishing brown head. Fine aroma and taste of roasted barley, dark caramel, some bitter pine. Balanced with chocolate sweetness and vanilla.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown with a decent beige head. Aroma and taste: Roasted, toasted malts, coffee & chocolate, hop, yeast traces. Relatively dry. Light plus bitterness. Mouth feel: Light body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: OK.
