We have to admit; we’re sort of over the moon for this one. Inspired by childhood memories and nostalgic desserts, we let taste guide the way in the crafting of this liquid treat. This bourbon barrel-aged stout was treated with choice graham cracker, decadent cacao nibs, marshmallows, and hand-processed Tahitian vanilla beans, resulting in a decidedly rich treat of a beer.

On tap at the Brugge Beer Festival 2025, Brugge, Belgium. A very dark brown/black coloured pour with a thin beige head on top. Rich, sweet, chocolate, vanilla, marshmallow, bourbon taste/aroma. An excellent bourbon barrel aged stout.

From the Stacks stand. Bourbon, green apple, banana, chocolate sauce, dark fudge. Sweet date, raisin, chocolate sauce, dark fudge. Black-peppery hops, wood, spices, heating bourbon alcohol. Full body, oily-syrupy texture. Intense and moreish, just a bit too chaotic in a way.

0,75l bottle at Miros bday tasting, Zagreb. Vintage 2021. Black color, no head. smells oily, bitter chocolate, fudgy, bourbon, vanilla. Very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes vanilla, bourbon, boozy, spices, light berry notes, nutty. finishes light to medium sweet with notes of vanilla, bourbon and spices. Very nice, bit heavy, bit sweet, but very good
