(Draught at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht, 16 Feb 2023) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly hoppy nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, herbs and a touch of dill. Fruity, malty taste with bread, tropcial fruit, citrus, resin, dill and a balanced herbal/spicy bitterness. Almost full body, quite dry. Tasty and interesting tripel with a herbal touch. Nice one.
