Ingredients: Water, Grains (Extra light pilsner, Dextrin, Flaked torrified maize), Hops (Hallertau Mittelfrueh), Yeast (OYL-113)
There might be a thing here with all these food-related holidays. Or maybe people just love any opportunity to unwind or maybe slack off?
This time we're looking at the humble nacho, and not the supreme, nuclearly loaded type. Just the plain piece of maize tortilla, which this time will become the topping itself, bringing the "crisp" into this new crispy boy that you now hold.
You can even stick a wedge of lime in it, we're not gonna judge. Just don't go crazy with the shredded cheese.

500ml can as part of a delivery from Bereta Brewery and drunk at home. Light gold, clear with a small fluffy white head. It has that metallic, grainy macro lager smell without the skunk. I'm also getting corn and a dash of white pepper. Last is sweet without being overly so, with a light vegetal note and still slightly peppery toward the finish. A hint of lemon zest in the aftertaste. It doesn't feel like a craft lager, but rather a cheaper lager done really well. If that makes sense. And it gets better with every sip. A winner.
