India Pale Lager is a hybrid between a lager and a hoppy special. The mystical Griffin is a combination of an American eagle and a Czech lion. The Americans, who didn't invent but definitely pushed the IPA style, and the Czechs as a lager superpower. Put it all together and you have an India Pale Lager. A wonderful aroma full of fruit, hop bitterness and high drinkability of the lager.

50cl can at home. Poured clear and deep golden in color. Really malty with bitter hops and tea notes. Bit unbalanced overall.

500ml Can - Amber with a foamy head. Grapefruit, pine and caramel in the aroma. Caramel, floral hops, grapefruit and parma violet sweets in the taste. Soapy finish. Slightly unusual but not bad.
