Bottle bought in Rha. Dark brown color. Malt, caramel and a hint of peat in the aroma. Malty caramelly sweet flavor with notes of milk chocolate, plastic, mango and the slightest hint of peat. Sticky mouthfeel, just a bit of tartness. Grapefruit. Tasty bock, but somewhat below par for De Molen.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is very spicy - especially cardemomme, but also with notes of yeast and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and spices - again the cardemomme is stronges, combined with a light note of caramel.

Bottle, 7.7%. Very vinous aroma, fruity and citric, some Brett. Cloudy brown colour. Stable light brown head. High carbonation. The flavour has the same citric flavour, Brett, leather. Not so pleasant, but drinkable.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of MiP/yespr. Hazy orangey brown with a tall and lively off-white head. Tart, leathery aroma. Medium body, some roasted malt but otherwise completely dominated by an astringent leathery sourness. Clearly infected. 291108

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy deep brown with a small off-white head. Yeasty, perfumed and somewhat citric to acidic fruity. Smoked and sweet malty with a distinct fruity note following. Light impression of burned plastic on the back of the tongue. Ends with a mild caramel malty note. Infected - re-rate needed.
