Our annual Birthday beer. Originally brewed to celebrate our 100th beer on our kit, Dooper is a DIPA version of our flagship beer Looper.
Soft and juicy with zesty sweet lemon and lime. Be careful, because despite the high ABV, this beer is hugely drinkable! Hopped to the eyes, however, bitterness takes a back seat to a nice gentle grapefruit finish.
Note: New beers are released mid Nov each year, batches can be added for beers from individual years:
2020 - 8.2% - 100th Brew
2021 - 8.2% - Second Birthday
2022 - 8.7% - Third Birthday
2023 - 8.1% - Forth Birthday
2024 - 8.1% - Fifth Birthday
2025 - 8.0% - Sixth Birthday

Can. Just a light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, a mild creamy sweetness. Hop profile kicks off with a mellow skunk and soft mild pine. Mellow citrus, not the usual Citra bite. Mild Mosaic candy fruits, a whisper of blueberry - if yer looking for it. Some Cashmere mixed fruits, pretty generic and again, quite soft. Light finish. It goes down easy enough and has plenty going on but it's so laid back that I am not engaged as much as I could be.
