Our first sour for the summer and this one packs a punch. Cherry and Apricot puree with aromas packed with complex fruit tones. Apricot on the nose backed up with cherry fruits, jammy notes, rich and smooth with a complex tart finish that lingers after every sip.

Can at the strait and narrow. Pinkish colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are tart cheery and stone fruit. Crisp light body.

Can shared with Holmen1 at Knights Tower 09.08.22. Hazy red. Diminishing white head. Aroma and taste of artificial cherry wine gum and yoghurt.

0,44 boks fra London Beer Lab, delt med Phd-kandidat Ovesen i Knights Tower: uklar gylden rød med kort skum. Kirsebær og aprikoser, naturligvis. Vammel aroma men god smak som dog ikke overbeviser. Malt og litt lime i tillegg.
