Nighty Knight, is a Imperial Black Sesame Stout. Yes Sesame! We used black sesame seeds in the mash and added light and dark tahini to our boil. In the end before bottling we dry spiced this beer with some more black sesame seeds.

Can at Gent tasting. Opaque black color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, iron, a light tart note surprisingly, light bitter. Oddly tart-bitter finish. Weird. Meh, don't really like it tbh.
