Draught / minikeg B.C.H. on top of pale amber beer. UK hops to the fore, distinctive, citrus, meaty esters. Biscuity taste, different from oxidative biscuite, dry oatmeal cakes, or Scottish wholemeal cookies. Light bodied, aromatically fading out. Very good if light bitter.
