Amerikansk inspireret Brown Ale med mild maltsødme, en udpræget smag af karamel og et strejf af chokolade. Den komplekse recept med afsæt i engelsk brown-malt og tre amerikanske humlesorter har givet en markant og gennemført øl. Flot, rund og imødekommende fylde, der holdes sammen af en delikat bitterhed.

(Draught at EBF 2008, Sunday September 14)Hazy copper color, tan head. Fruity apple and grainy scent. Malty acidic dry taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Grainy aftertaste.

From tap. Pours dark brown with a lacing tan head. Mild roasted malty aroma. Mild roasted malty. Caramel malty base flavour with a mild bitterness and quite dry finish with a smooth caramel flavour and subdued sweetness. Nice one.

Dark brown with large beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and hints of chocolate. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, caramel and Chocolate notes. Ends sweet. Quite full for a beer of this strenght.

Dark brownish colour with medium head.Aroma of nuts and light tosted caramel with flevor of brown sugar and nice well balanced finish.

Draught at Øllets dag Randers. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Brown colour. Moderate malty light roasted aroma. Light hoppy. Heavy bitter powerfull flavor. Strong chocolate notes and light fruity. Creamy palate. Excellent brown ale.
