Draft. A hazy red-brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, roasted malt, and chocolate, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle @ Bakken. Pours unclear amber with a reddish hew and a small creamy stable head. Citrussy hops and caramel. Medium bodied. Ends dry and hoppy. A bit of an ashy feel. Close to any other product from the brewery. Average.

Brown with a lasting white head. Malty aroma, with caramel notes, and a touch of butterscotch, which I don’t really mind in brown ales. Dry and malty flavour. Nothing extraordinary.

Draught@EBF2008. Flavour is deep orangeish brown with a small creamy head. Aroma is earth, some fruits and nectar along with slight toasted notes. Flavour has a lot of wooden notes with mild caramel and earth.

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Dark brown, small head. Lightly roasty with soap and molasses. Bready and salty with rounded mouthfeel and a touch of tobacco. Well made, but not a beer that stands out at a festival like this.
