aroma : caramel, malt, banana. good aroma. appears brown with large light brown thick head. strong flavor, initial impresion is way more than 7%, then other flavors kick in, raisins, caramel, malt, brown sugar, then a little roasted something, end with some bitterness. reminds me of belgian beer somehow even if it is not at all. Overall a good tasty beer than you can take your time to enjoy.

Dark amber color. The aroma is quite simple; only later shows some caramel and liquorice. The body structure is medium, a bit oily feeling, taste of medium caramel and some good sweetness; some apricot almonds, a touch of roasted malts and of sweet liquorice root; everything well combined together. Simplistic but pleasant.

Medium offwhite head. Deep brown body with light carbonation. Sweet buttery malt aroma with notes of roasty grainy caramel and alcohol. Deep sweet roasty alcoholic marzipan taste. Dry, roasty caramel aftertaste. A bit light for a bock, and not as good with cheese/cake as the label claims. Good, though. (0.6l bottle.)
