Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 8.5
Each time I take a whiff it's something different. Anyway I pick up coconut, roast, dark malt, molasses,and a hint of vanilla. Flavors are similar to nose, with a nice subdued blend of the above qualities, not overly sweet and well-balanced. Good body, carbonation and easy finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Good pastry stout.
