Barrel Aged since June 2019 in Buffalo Trace, we soaked finely shredded coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and marshmallows for 100 hours in this to achieve the final product. Collab with Cerebral Brewing

Bottle shared by Steve W. at the November P.S. tasting, 11/11/24. Near black, thin brown head, average retention. Aroma of roast, coffee, coconut. Taste is coconut, vanilla, chocolate syrup, maple. Mild booze. Nice.

Black with a beige head. Boozy with strong Whiskey, malt, coconut and chocolate. Very long finish. Full bodied.

0,75 litre Bottle, at a share in Oslo. Almost Black with little head. Roasted malts, marsipan, sweetness, Nuts, Smooth!

The Aromas are dominated by thick almond extract cherries, with dark malt, some roast and maybe a hint of coconut. Flavors are much better than nose, more expansive with balanced qualities, less almond extract touch more coconut with some roast, not overly sweet with a touch of caramel and the Finish.
