High & Hazy IPA is loaded with three varieties of tropical and citrus forward hops. The soft and silky-smooth mouthfeel is obtained by using copious amounts of wheat and flaked oats, while the laid-back bitterness is achieved by the addition of hops at the very last minute.

Pretty no-frills for an NEIPA. Aims to be Hazy Little Thing, comes up way short. Mild veins of grapefruit, passion fruit, and lemon pith, with a modest grainy undertone. Finishes dry and bland, a little pine-mineral bitterness peeking through. Eh.

Pineapple nose, grapefruit underneath. Cloudy golden, thin creamy head. Grapefruit, bread crust on the back end. Light body, moderate carbonation, dry. Nice hazy session IPA.

Pale yellowish, hazy, moderate head. Nose leans tropical fruit, pineapple and mango, maybe passionfruit. Flavor similar, but mild, with a dry cracker biscuity-ness. A touch of resin at the finish, very light bitterness, good mouthfeel that is like water, but in a good way, in the sense that it just flows and drinks real easy. This stuff just disappears from the glass. Despite the lingering bitterness, the finish feels somewhat empty, I suppose the oats/wheat contributes to that.
