Tap @ EBF 2008. One of my favorites at this festival of odd flavors. Smells and tastes almost like a matured Rodenbach Grand Cru. Cherry and vinegar fighting a well timed war. Oak. Sourness, both delicate and delicious.

Tap @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, oxidized and acetone. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. Not pleasant and way past it’s prime. 271215

[5/4/14] Draught at Taphouse in Copenhagen. Very murky brown with no head. Aroma of acetone, vinegar, vinous fruitiness, cookies and oak. Flavor has light sweetness at first, fruitiness, a massive balsamic vinegar sourness and acetone. Medium-bodied. Some interesting stuff in there but really undrinkable. Feels like something that could make you ill.

Taproom, Copenhagen. Keg. I try to keep an open mind about beers buy already from five metres away I can smell the vinegar on this beer. When it turns up it it’s an unattractive murky brown beer, with no real head. Taste pretty much follows the nose. Horrible balsamic vinegar that manages to be both too sweet and too acid. Burns on the way down. No idea what has happened to Norrebro in the last few years but this is atrocius and as ChrisO and Goran said - should be filed under ’undrinkable’.

11/12/10/12//12

Draft. An unclear reddish beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has acidic notes of lacto and brettanomyces - nice. The flavor is acidic from lacto combined with notes of unripe fruits and lots of other stuff hard to put names to, leading to an extremely dry and tart finish.

Bottled at Copenhagen Beerfestival 09. hazy brownish color, short head. Aroma is very tart, cherry, wood. Very sour taste, bit sweet. Good lingering mouthfeel, quite fruity. Besides its aggressiveness, i liked it.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2009
Cloudy dark amber color. Fruity and glueish aroma. Very aggressive flavor, a bit sweetish, but overwhelmed by the acetone and sour side, never had a chemical beer like this. Too much.
