(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-09-15) Reddish amber colour and clear. Medium sized and almost white head that disappeared quickly. Raspberry, spices and lightly malts in aroma. Light and bit dry palate with medium carbonation. Berries, raspberry, lighlty malts, spiciness and lightly bitterness in taste. Long lasting aftertaste of berries.

On tap at the brewpubs 5 year anniversary. A pinkish orange beer with a minimal white head. Fruity and berryish nose. Slightly herbal, and with promises of a sweet palate. Raspberry-sweet in the mouth, but still sourish. Some herbal notes too, and slightly astringent in the mouth. Nice co2 level. Some sweetness in the finish. Works fine as an aperitif, and I bet it’s quenching in the summer. (080911)

Draught at Nørrebro Bryghus. Hazy, orange body. No head. Smell of sweet raspberries. Ditto taste, added bubblegum. Sorry, but I get a kind of alcopop impression (Copenhagen, 11.09.2008).

Sehr erfrischend! Test vom 26.9.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,11,12,11,-,11 - 11,05

Draught @ the brewpub. Hazy, reddish orange body with a pink head. Aroma is like fruit chewing gum, melon and rubber. Flavor is dry fruity and somehow sweet, but not really sweet. A bit funky raspberry flavor, quite strange actually.

Draught Pinky-white,small head, fully hazy-pink to light red beer. Raspberries mixed with some wheat and lemonlike sourish aroma. Soft-sweet with sourish lining. Wheat underneath, fruity leaf warming up, again diacetyl. Better bodied than a lambic-based would be, wheat slicknes, prickly and velvety MF at the same time. Easy fruit concoction.
