[10/4/11] Draught at the brewpub in Copenhagen. Deep red color with a slightly pinkish beige head. Aroma of berries, somewhat sugary, and a bit of malt. Sweetish flavor with berries, a bit of caramelly notes and light acidic notes. Rather light-bodied. Quite OK.

Copenhagen beer festival. Clear red beer. Dry crisp palate. Just a little bit of watery raspberry. Not sure what the point of this beer is!

Bottle that I purchased in Denmark early April 2011 consumed 22.04.11 Pours hazy pink with a peachiness also about it and a light pink head, slightly hazy. Softly fruity and light sourness, some powdery sweetness like a raspberry fizzy sherbert, I rather liked this. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

0,6 l. bottle from the supermarket. The central ingredient in this beer is the sour cherries. The aroma is dominated by sour cherries and citrus. Color is also sour cherries, pink that is. Almost same style as rose wine. Lively carbonation, a bit cloudy, minimal head, like rose. Light bodied, abrupt finish. I drank this beer with a fruit dessert, which in theory was the right thing. However it did not work for me. Not exactly Nørrebro Brewery´s best...
