Draught at the brewpub
Pinkish color; creamy head. Delicate aroma of raspberries, or mature strawberries, but also a pleasant malt touch. Very light body; light fruitness, light malt taste, light hopping; everything seems quite good, but to light. Understated. For ladies, but not bad.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours pink and filtered with a lacing head. Aroma is fruity, slight vegetable note. Flavour is sweet and citric, very fruity. Goes from the slight sweetness into a rather dry finish. Fruity flavour remain long into the finish. Nothing I really appreciate.

[Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Clear golden. Aroma of raspberry jam. Medium bodied. The raspberries adds sweetness to an already sweet beer pushing it way off balance.

(On tap) Pale pink colour - almost like Lambrusco - with a thick, vaguely pink head. Distinct scent of raspberries. Actually quite fresh and not really sweet - a good choice for a summer beer. The base beer is the house Belgian wit - Stuykmann - with raspberry pulp added and no extra sugars. And a special thanks to brewmaster Anders Kissmeyer who poured this directly from the tank. 280605

Pink, low head, looks watery.Somewhat atrificial berry aroma. Light acidic raspberry flavor. Watery body - was refreshing nevertheless.

Pale pink color, small pinkish head. Strong rasberry nose, slightly artificial. Light palate, rasberry flavor. Nørrebro’s answer to Mort Subite and for female customers.

The newest intensionaly sour version brewed by Shaun Hill: A hazy red-amber beer with a medium pinkish beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of raspberries as well as a light tartness, light notes of wheat and spices. The flavor is sweet with tart notes of raspberries, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is a bit thin. The score is on this version.
The original, unintensionaly sour version. An unclear orange-red leaning towards pink beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sweet and really wheaty, combined with lesser notes of fruit - can’t really tell the raspberries in the aroma. But in the flavor the raspberries are very evident on a sweet wheaty background. Fine for the style - it is just not my style, which shows in the rating. [5/2/5/3/10=2.5]
