16 ounce can. Amber orange pour. Large frothy beige head. Spotty lacing. Mild toasted malt aroma hints at toffee. Flavor is sweet caramel malt and spicy hops. A nice dose of dry, bitter hops on the backend. Tasty.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear amber with a moderate white head. Aroma is lightly toffee/toasty malt with a hint of Noble hop. Med body. Flavor matches the aroma. Not dry and not very bitter. Nice balance for the style.

16 oz. can. Pour a clear, brownish, color, with a big, foamy, khaki head. The aroma is brown sugar, resin, caraway, juniper tips, and toffee. Sweet and malty, with a mellow bitterness. Light body, with a syrupy, crisp palate. This is a quality and simple lager.

Maybe the best old school Oktoberfest that I've had this year or in several years. It comes the closest to having malty, a touch dry roasty interesting very drinkable beer of the old days. Still it's a touch sweet and could use a little bit more toast.

16 oz. Aroma is caramelly, toasty, apple, grain. Pours nearly clear copper with a one finger beige head with good retention. Taste is sweet with a faint bitterness. Tastes right up to style with the best of them.

Pint can from Woodman's Appleton, 9/5/20. Clear dark orange, large fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of grain, toast, earthy hop. Taste is caramel, grain, toast, sweaty sock, stone fruiit. Medium bodied, crisp, flavorful. Solid. Could use a tad bit more bitterness.
