Bottle looks very simple, beer in the glass zippy, deep golden, small head. Starts hoppy-dry, not too much, modest spicy-grasy. More and more sourish. Finish well balanced, quite drinkable. Could be a bit more spicy.

Bottle. Dark amber, plentiful pearling carbonation, big amber head. Fresh green grassy and light perfumed hop aroma. Honey and caramel malt start, a hint fruit, then the sweetness gives way to light mineral edges and a herbal and grassy hop counterpoint, flowers and honey retronasal. Full chewy body, sparkly mouthfeel.Quite delicate and moreish.

Bottle. Light amber with s lasting head. Powerful aroma of sweet fruit malt and some spice. Flavour starts very sweet but mellows a bit as you go through it. Finishes kinda earth and oily. Can’t see too many being drunk in an evening

Golden with a thick head. Caramelly, slightly herbal accent. Balanced herbal and bread character and a great spicy hop finish. Nice brew, in the beer garten in the Nuremberg town wall, just to the right 100m from the main entrance to the old town.
