500ml Bottle - Hazy brown with a foamy head. Caramel, banana and chocolate in the aroma. Hazelnuts, banana and chocolate all feature in the slightly tangy taste.

0,5 l bottle. Unclear brown in the glass, beige but small head for a Weizen. Typical nose, some banana and chewing gum, clove in the background. Taste starts with fruity sourness, followed by low banana. Low grainy and getting thin at the middle part. Flat and nearly cardboard to the end. Boring and disappointing.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity wheat malty caramel aroma. Fruity wheat malty caramel banana flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy caramel and clove finish.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass very dark, almost black. Sourish aroma. Starts malty, modest roasty, mild sourish. Fruity notes of berries. Also some spicy-herbal notes. Not too drinkable. Strange one.

Pours a hazy rust color with a large tan creamy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of yeast, caramel, bread and raisins.

Bottled (from landbierparadies.com). Hazy murku brown colour with a mediumsized creamy beigeish brown colour. Aroma is mild sour wood, some wheat, spices, mild fruity notes as well as mild toasted notes. Flavour is wheat, mild yeastyness, spices, bready and toasted malts as well as some slight dark fruity notes.

At the brewery tap, Merkendorf 14/07/2011. Copper coloured with a decent, off-white head. Sweetish malts, bubble gum and banana with a yeasty edge and dryish finish. Ok.

Bottle @ Copenhaniacs tasting, Pt. 1. Pours hazy amber with a small white head and lacings. Tart !!! citrus , wheat and yeast. Medium to thin palate.
