Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours a cloudy and opaque - almost murky - with an off-white head. Sharp, tart aroma with some yeast. Medium body, dried fruit notes, sourish, dish waterish and a fusty edge. Clearly off. 140310

Bottled. An unclear dark brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of wheat and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat, caramel, and malt, as well as some notes of dusty hops, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

50 cL bottle at Ølbaren. Pours hazy dark brown with a huge off-white head. Aroma is roasted malty, light fruity and vague wheaty. Mild citric flavoured, wheaty and light fruity estery. Rather roasted malt flavoured. Subdued sweet and fruity finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Chestnut-amber coloured, quite stable beige foamy layer. Wheaty-sourish nose with a delicate caramelly background, a tinge of nutmeg included. Sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied. Shorter sourish-wheaty finish. Not bad, but tastes like a coloured *regular* Weizen........

Bottle 50cl @ Home.Unclear hazy medium amber brown color with a large, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, caramel, light to moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet, some sourness and notes of sour malt, with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (070608)

(7/2/08) Draught at the brewpub in Merkendorf. Cloudy brown with a medium off-white head. Aroma of some banana esters and some toasted malt. Sweetish flavor with light sourness, some fruity esters and some caramel. Medium-bodied.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Muddy brownish amber with lots of sediment. Roasty perfumy banana aroma. Sweet with clean, spritzy mouthfeel and fairly light bodied. Notes of caramel and quite a lot ofesters. No bitterness. Quite refeshing, but the flavour is a bit short.

(bottle, from the brewery) Hazy and murky brown colour with a big foamy off-white head. Slightly tart fruity (banana, red berries) and malty aroma with cloves. Slightly sweet but mainly sour flavour, light to medium body, medium carbonation. Malty, slightly wheaty, sour-fruity taste; dry, clovy and slightly tart finish.
