Bottle at the brewery Merkendorf. Banana chocolate aroma. It's decent. Solid. No off flavours or bits that stand out. Some malt in mouth. Light hops on the finish. Decent chocolate flavour in the mouth. Over a decent banana lemon weizen beer.

50cl Fles bij In de Wildeman. Troebel donkerbruine kleur, vuilwitte kraag. Graan, tarwe, licht zuurtje daarvan, hint van banaan maar echt minimaal, kruidige gist, zachtbittere finish, licht grassig. Lichte body. Rustieke Dunkelweizen.

Hazy orange golden beer with a beige head. Aroma of clove, yeast, phenols, biscuit. Taste of caramelized wheat malt, banana, some clove, yeast.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy brown with a relatively small head. Overripe banana and unripe banana, some cocoa, basement notes, some caramel, lemon. Mild dry sourness, yeasty fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, milky oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry malty yeasty fruity finish. Solid Dunkle Weisse!

Bottle. Hazy brown color with white head. Aroma is cloves, chocolate, earthy. Taste is the same, decent sweetness, not too chalky. Silky mouthfeel, minerals, soft carbonation. Solid!

Bottle courtesy of Gregor, Hopdog, Mūnchen, had this at home Monday 20th March 2023 about to cook Meatballs with Orzo and Feta and listen to Steve Lamaq on 6 Music. Pours darker than expected, it’s verging on dark brown, Murky with a large off white frothy head. A little bubblegum and a sweet edge, a little tangy with light banana touches. Good.

Hazy brownish. Aroma is yeast caramel light cocoa pretty balanced. Taste is rather sour yeasty with sweet malty yeasty fresh base. Full bodied. A little too much on the sour side. Alright.

Bottle. Brown colro, cloudy. Clove, banana and caramel in the aroma and flavor. Sweetish flavor with lemon. Clean in the aftertaste, but nothing outstanding. Decent beer, though.
