Bottle, bought at the brewery. Soft banana and mandarin aroma. mandarin in the almost vinous flavor. Just a touch herbal. Average, but not unpleasant.

Test vom 19.1.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,8,9,8,11,9 - 8,90

Bottle looks very simple, almost like a cheap beer. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, yeasty fruity like apricot. Some spicy notes. Finish more sourish, a bit moldy. Dry aftertaste. Not the best hefeweizen I had.

The color and the Etiekett are not the strongest points of this beer, quite the opposite. Slightly sour taste, the aftertaste is rather weak. Average wheat

Bottle: Pale, "dirty"-golden with a small foamy layer, cloudy; lemony-fruity nose with a clovey-wheaty background; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; sourish-wheaty finish with a refreshing lemony touch. Pleasant, easy-drinking Weizen........
