50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Dry and mild citric wheaty aroma. Mild sweetend and fruity wheaty flavoured with a light acidic touch. Lingering estery and yeasty flavour to a smooth wheaty base.

Bottle, 5.4%. Weak banana aroma, hint of plastic. Cloudy yellow colour, no head. The flavour has some smoked plastic, quite weak, but not so pleasant. OK mouthfeel.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with notes of dusty hops and bananas. The flavor is sweet with strong notes wheat and banana. The finish is dry wheaty.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a massive foamy white head. Discreet aroma: yeasty, slightly sweet and restrained fruity nose with rather strong phenolic spice of cloves, nutmeg and vanilla. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a fizzy carbonation. Wheaty and light fruity taste with vanilla and cloves; almost dry, sweet and slightly tart finish with light fruity notes, but phenolic spice. Not very rounded Hefeweizen (14.08.08).

Test vom 19.1.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,8,9,8,11,9 - 8,90
