Bottle, bought at the brewery. Golden color, frothy head. Soft banana and orange aroma with a hint of glue. Thin and watery. Vegetable-like flavors with wort and glue. Banana. Unpleasant mouthfeel.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 14.03.2013
Aroma has some banana esthers, yeasty notes and hints of wet paper. Flavour is slightly tart with banana esthers, citrus and hints of bubblegum. Foamy palate. Starts to feel a bit watery towards the end of the glass. Not bad for a leichte weiße.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw as well as light notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet wheaty combined with lighter notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The flavor lacks some.

Bottle, 3.0%. Very weak banana aroma. Slightly hazy yellow colour, small floaties. Small white head. There is a little banana in the flavour, and the mouthfeel is OK. The flavour is weak, but nice enough and is not entirely unlike a wheat beer. The finish is less interesting, watery and grainy.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear orange with a small white head. Mild spiced and wheaty light aroma. Flat banana fruity and mild wheaty - yet with no body behind. Lasting vague estery flavoured finish. Not bad - just boring.

Bottle. Cloudy, pale-golden Weizen with a stable, mid-sized creamy head. Wheat-malty, dusty nose with a faint tinge of almonds. Light sweetish-sourish flavour, very light bodied. Watery, wheaty-sourish finish. Bland and boring stuff...........

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, light-sweet wheat-malty nose with shy citrus-fruity notes and a touch of cloves and band aid. Sliglty sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness on a slim malty base with moderately wheaty and light fruity notes; rather dry, slightly sour-fruity and clove-spicy finish (26.X.08).
