On tap at Sand Valley. Pours a clear dull yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of straw and light grain with a hint of grass underlying. Flavor has light sweet grains and strong straw with a touch of grass in the finish.

On tap at Graze. Pours clear gold. Grain, peach, fragrant, little too sweet. Medium body. Fine.

Tap. Pours clear straw, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is hay, grain, green apple, hint of bathroom. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Apple notes give it a dry cider quality. Light body. Meh

Not a bad Pilsner. Has most of the traditional qualities that I like but there are also some odd spicy herbal characteristics that I could do without.

12 ounce can from Woodman’s Oak Creek. Very pale yellow, thin fizzy white head fades instantly. Aroma of grass, lemon, pale malt. The taste is bready malt, citrus, a bit of a Noble and grassy finish. Thin, crisp. Solid.
