The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Aroma a bit soapy. Starts very spicy, strong malty. The finish is a bit weaker, notes of wheat. Not bad!

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden orange with a fully diminished white head. Mild malty and hoppy aroma. Mild butterish flavoured with a solid bitterness. Ends dry and bitter. Not really exciting.

Bottle, 4.8%. Weak moldy aroma. Clear yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is a little bready, not so fresh, but OK. Sweetish with a little non-sour grain in the finish.

(33cl screw cap bottle) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet grainy malty aroma with notes of bread, honey and shy herbal hops. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially short malty, slightly bready and chalky with herbal notes and a rising, slightly harsh bitter note; light notes of honey in the aftertaste. A rural Pils, lacks balance (03.XI.08).

Bottle: Golden coloured, small white head, sweet-malty and a bit hayish-hoppy nose; mild bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; lingering sweet-bitter, a bit papery finish. Pleasant............
