Hillerød hotel: Orange amber with full white lasting head. Aroma has fruity hops - citrus, grape, pine and flowers. Easy malty (caramel) touch but mainly hops with a good filling body. Very nice bitter punchy end!

Slightly cloudy orange with a lasting cream head. Lemon, orange, roses, grass and exotic fruits in the nose. Bitter with a huge body, lots of malty sweetness to balance. Too much alcohol presence.

(Bottle, thanks to Marsiblursi) Sampled at a tasting night at Marsiblursi’s place. Shady orange color, white head. Grape, pine and flowery hops scent. Bitter hoppy taste. Smooth mouthfeel, high bitterness. Non-complex, hop-intense, one-dimensional, though it’s still more than just ok.

Bottled. A clear, golden beer with a nice beige head. American hops in the aroma, with pines, resin and citrus. Very hoppy flavor with the expected pine and resin, lasting all the way to the bitter end. Full-bodied beer that felt a bit too much, yet nice. (061229)
